Our Monad Validator is Live!
Stake with us! Kairos Research is now live on Monad Mainnet
We’re excited to join the network as a day-one validator and contribute to the performance, reliability, and long-term decentralization of the Monad ecosystem.
Monad brings a new execution environment to crypto: a high-performance, EVM-compatible L1 designed for parallel execution, touting 400ms blocks across a globally distributed validator set. As researchers and node operators, we believe Monad’s architecture offers one of the clearest paths to scaling Ethereum-style applications without sacrificing developer experience.
Our validator has been active since mainnet went live, operating in collaboration with our leading infrastructure partners, Firstset, and closely monitored using our internal validator-ops stack. We’ll be running ongoing performance analysis, uptime monitoring, and research on MEV, block production, and validator + protocol economics as the network evolves.
You can stake your MON with us through Monad Vision. Be sure to select the Kairos Research x Firstset Validator.
Alternatively, you can use Gmonads staking interface as well. Follow the “Staking” page, connect your wallet of choice, and be sure to select the Kairos Research x Firstset Validator.
If you are looking to be active around DeFi and prefer a liquid staking solution, we highly suggest using FastLane’s shMON. Their LST is the largest on Monad today, and we anticipate them to continue leading in both TVL and productive onchain utilization. We plan to do a full report on FastLane once the remaining parts of their MEV stack are in production.
shMON is already 2.4x larger than all other LSTs on Monad combined, and when MEV rewards begin flowing and other mechanisms are launched, their moat deepens and the gap likely widens.
